The contestants engaged in a battle of wits on the stage.

March 07 was the ‘battleground of knowledge’ in Sri Balaji Society as the Society was the ‘venue’ of the Tata Crucible: The Campus Quiz 2019. This quiz contest, organized by the Tata Group since the year 2004 has seen many thousand students, all over India, competing against each other using the shields of facts and the swords of information.

The quiz contest saw a tough fight between the various colleges in Pune participating in the quiz as the will to win was very high within all the contestants. Sri Balaji Society was represented by student managers, Raghav and Libin Thomas of the Balaji Institute of Telecom and Management in the quiz.

The final match was a ‘battle royale’ of knowledge between five institutes: the Armed Forces Medical College, the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, the Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology, the Sinhgad College of Engineering and the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.

The quiz contest was won by the Sinhgad College of Engineering represented by its students, Abhishek Muthange and Jayma Jagadeswaran. The Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology, represented by its students, Digant Bakari and Vishwesh Mehendale won the first runners up prize in the quiz.
