A helmet a day, keeps death at bay!
Sri Balaji Society is one of the premier B-Schools of India. The Society takes pride in its students, faculty members and other personnel who work as a collective whole in maintaining its exalted position at the top with the who’s who of management education of India. Therefore, it is but natural for the Society to care for its own and frame a standing order for all two wheeler riders in the Society to wear helmets while riding their vehicles inside and outside the Society.
The body cannot live without the head and that’s why it is called the most important part of the body because it is though the head that we are able to see, listen, speak, drink and eat. A good crash helmet protects not only the head, but also the vehicle rider’s life and that is the reason why the Society insists that all two wheeler riders wear a good helmet at all times while riding one’s vehicles.
Inspite of the Society’s efforts to emphasize on the importance of protecting one’s head, there are a few cases of rule breaking here and there with reference to the helmets in the Society and thus the offenders who are caught riding their vehicles without helmets are penalized and made to write an imposition to enable them to understand the seriousness of their actions so that they remember to wear a helmet before riding their bikes in the future.
